Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. -24 hour notice is required to avoid paying 50% of the missed appointment service fee. -72 hours notice is required with the services that are scheduled for three or more hours to avoid paying 100% of the missed appointments service fee. -15 min late for an appointment could be considered a NO SHOW if we do not have time to accommodate the service! No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointments service fee.
